Contenuto del corso:
Course contents:		 Precisata la dinamica osmotica e transazionale che si instaura tra ambiente, organizzazioni educative (formali, non formali e informali) e persone, in uno scambio creativo tra vincoli e possibilità, il corso prosegue identificando il genere prossimo di ciò che la letteratura definisce ‘organizzazione’ e le differenze specifiche esistenti tra le ‘organizzazioni’ tout court e le ‘organizzazioni educative’ in senso stretto (scuola compresa). In questo contesto individua nella progettualità anche eticamente costruttiva l’orizzonte necessario ad identificare il carattere educativo di un’organizzazione. La lettura di un classico della teoria dell’organizzazione sarà un’occasione per verificare queste dimensioni interpretative.
The osmotic and transactional dynamic that is established between the environment, educational organisations (formal, informal and nonformal) and individuals in creative exchange among constraints and possibilities. Identification of the next type of what literature defines "organisation" and the existent specific differences between the "organisations tout court" and the "educative organisations" in the strict sense (i.e., the school). Programming in an ethically constructive way the horizon necessary for identifying the educative character of an organisation. Reading a classic in educational theory will be an occasion to verify these interpretive dimensions.
