Fornire gli strumenti teorici e le implicazioni pratiche più avanzate dell'Organizzazione Aziendale a partire da una problematica specifica. Il tema di quest'anno sarà: Leadership and HRM.
To provide the most advanced theoretical tools and their practical implications in Organisation Behaviour and Design Studies, based on one specific issue. This year's topic is Leadership and HRM.

Course contents:
The topics are: leadership and management, leadership and followership, cross-cultural leadership, power, negotiation, leadership in international organizations, institutions and leadership, empowerment. Your active participation will be required: 1. as participants to various role plays and simulations, 2. as members of international virtual groups together with students from five universities around the globe in the Intercultural Project organized by the Technion from Haifa (exclusive Italian participants), 3. as members of groups required to write and present a 15 pages paper on a topic assigned during the course.

Two or three basic articles (in English or in Italian) proposed by the teacher for each sub-theme, coming to a total of 15 articles. This seminar form will prepare students to: 1. Carry out a summary and a valuation of existing literature on a particular theme. 2.Write a brief, complete and relevant document for the reader. 3.Difend their own point of view in front of a competent audience.
