Fornire gli strumenti teorici e le implicazioni pratiche più avanzate dell'Organizzazione Aziendale a partire da una problematica specifica. Il tema di quest'anno sarà: Cross-cultural and diversity management.
To provide the most advanced theoretical tools and their practical implications in Organisation Behaviour and Design Studies, based on one specific issue. This year's topic is Cross-cultural and diversity management.

Ogni anno viene approfondito un tema di particolare attualità pratica e rilevanza scientifica.
Quest'anno il tema del corso è: Cross-cultural and diversity management: teorie e strumenti per gestire le organizzzioni in ottica locale e globale. Tale tema sarà suddiviso in sottotemi. I sottotemi e la loro letteratura di riferimento verranno comunicati durante la prima sessione e assegnati a gruppi di studenti frequentanti che, nella seconda parte del corso, dovranno a turno preparare relazioni per ciascun sottotema da consegnare entro la sessione precedente alla data in cui dovranno presentarle in classe a mo' di lezione (gli altri studenti dovranno leggere le relazioni e preparare domande). Nella prima parte del corso sono previste lezioni, discussioni di casi e simulazioni di gruppo per apprezzare in presa diretta i principali fenomeni relativi al tema prescelto.
Each year, the course investigates a topic of particular practical relevance and scientific importance. The topic for this year is: Cross-cultural and diversity management: theories and methods to manage local and global organizations. The topic will be subdivided into sub-topics. Sub-topics and their relevant texts are indicated during the first course meeting and are assigned to student groups, each member of which must take turns in the second part of the course to prepare reports on that sub-topic, to be handed in by the lesson preceding the date scheduled for the presentation in class (the other students must read the reports and prepare questions). The first part of the course is made up of lectures, discussions on case histories and group simulations in order to directly experience the practical implications of the topic selected.

Two or three basic articles (in English or in Italian) proposed by the teacher for each sub-theme, coming to a total of 15 articles.
This semianarial form will prepare students to:
1. Carry out a summary and a valuation of existing literature on a particular theme.
2.Write a brief, complete and relevant document for the reader.
3.Difend their own point of view in front of a Competent audience.
These are all abilities requested for the thesis, for consultancy, and for project work in business.
