Students must have passed Langauge I, II, III and Literature I, II, III exams. A knowledge of Spanish equal to level C1 of the Common European Framework.

Il corso ha come obiettivo fare acquisire le 4 abilità comunicative di livello C2, attraverso lo studio della comunicazione scritta in ambito legislativo in Spagna e in Italia.
The course aims to enable students to aquire the 4 communication skills of level C2, with particular reference to the study of written communication in the legal sector in Spain and Italy, concentrating particularly on "denuncia", "querella" and "sentencia" texts.

Contenuto del corso:

Nel corso si affronterà dal punto di vista teorico e pratico, in ottica contrastiva con l'italiano, lo studio del linguaggio giuridico spagnolo, con speciale riferimento all'ambito legislativo. Verranno prese in esame, in particolare, le questioni seguenti: 1) Caratteristiche generali dello spagnolo giuridico; 2) Il lessico giuridico spagnolo e i problemi della sua traduzione in italiano; 3) Tratti sintattici costanti dei testi giuridici spagnoli; 4) Specificità del linguaggio costituzionale e legislativo spagnolo; 5) Il testo normativo come macroatto linguistico: organizzazione pragmatica dell'atto di normazione e problemi traduttivi spagnolo-italiano.
During the course, an analysis will be made of some types of legal texts used in Spain both from a theoretical and practical point of view and contrasting them to the Italian versions. Text analysis, which is understood as a essential preliminary reflection, will be completed with the translation of the reference texts into Italian.
