Educational goals:
To provide students with an understanding of seventeenth and eighteenth century French literature by following a particular theme.
Course contents:
"A journey through Utopia and surroundings". Based on a set theme, the course aims to investigate the development of Utopian thought in the French cultural setting of the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries, emphasising a prospective that is diachronic and at the same time comparative, with reference to a wider European panorama.
