Course contents:		 Il corso si propone, nel quadro della letteratura francese del XIX secolo che lo studente dovà conoscere nelle sue linee principali, di approfondire il tema del diavolo e del vampiro che appare in numerosi testi letterari.Tali motivi letterari, pur essendo largamente noti, mantengono ancora zone scarsamente illuminate e interrogativi che, periodicamente si ripropongono.
Presupposing that students know the main outline of 19th-century French literature, the course develops the theme of the devil and the vampire that appears in many texts. These literary motifs, although widely known, still have many grey areas and unanswered questions that periodically reappear.
